These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the I AM LEGACY website and participation in our events, programs, services, and platforms (including but not limited to Legacy Fusion and I AM LEGACY: En Español). By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms By using our services, attending our events, or accessing our platforms, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Event Registrations & Ticket Purchases All ticket sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued, except in cases of force majeure (see Section 9).

Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from I AM LEGACY.

I AM LEGACY reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any event. If this occurs, attendees will be offered a credit or transfer, not a refund unless required by law.

By purchasing a ticket, you consent to being recorded, photographed, or filmed during the event for marketing or promotional use.

3. Recording and Media Release
3.1. Consent to Record You acknowledge and agree that any communications with I AM LEGACY or its affiliated brands (including but not limited to Legacy Fusion and I AM LEGACY: En Español), whether via phone calls, video calls, or text messages, may be recorded and stored by I AM LEGACY or its authorized representatives.

3.2. Use of Recordings These recordings may be used for internal purposes (such as training or tutorials), and externally for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes by I AM LEGACY, Legacy Fusion, I AM LEGACY: En Español, and affiliated entities. By using any of our platforms or communicating with us, you consent to such use.

4. Media Use at Events By attending or participating in any I AM LEGACY event or platform, you grant full permission for your image, voice, name, and likeness to be captured in video, audio, or photo formats and used in connection with marketing, social media, advertising, training, and promotional content across all I AM LEGACY brands. No compensation will be provided.

5. Third-Party Payment Systems All purchases made on our website may be processed through third-party providers, including Buy Now, Pay Later services (e.g., Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, etc.).

I AM LEGACY is not responsible for any fees, interest, service disputes, or payment issues with these providers.

Any disputes related to those services must be resolved directly with the third-party platform. I AM LEGACY bears no liability for their terms, policies, or performance.

6. Ownership of Content All content on this website and across our platforms—including videos, tutorials, designs, branding, and text—is the exclusive property of I AM LEGACY and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Social Media & Community Participation By engaging with I AM LEGACY and its brands (via events, platforms, or social media), you authorize us to use your content (e.g., testimonials, tagged posts, shared photos) for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability Your participation in any event or use of our services is at your own risk. I AM LEGACY and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from attendance, participation, or use of our platforms.

9. Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms (except payment obligations) due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service interruptions (“Force Majeure Events”). The affected party shall notify the other as soon as possible and be excused from performance during the duration of the Force Majeure Event.

10. Third-Party Services & Links Our websites and platforms may include third-party links or integrations. I AM LEGACY is not responsible for their content, terms, or data handling practices.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services or site implies acceptance of any changes.
